They do anything to make their show be what they want it to be, molding it like clay until it has the exact attitude and message they want. Anything else is seen as deviant, unscripted, and checked off as something to be editted out. It's partly why I don't watch talk shows anymore. Hell, Dr. Baldy isn't even a licensed doctor, last I heard. This proves that anyone with enough money behind them *cough Oprah funding Baldy, cough* can make it onto TV and play at being trained professionals when they're nothing but fakes.
