I will be able to buy SS 3.0 on April 19th but I am wondering if you ship to APO addresses? I’m in Mosul, Iraq for the next 10 months & I’d like to practice SS here so I can kick ass when I get back to the states.

I already have your Inner Game DVD/CD series & have been using the beginners breath meditation and you were right about the mental noise. It kicked up a bunch of images & feelings in the beginning, but my mind is much quieter now.
